Return/ Exchange Policy:

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase with Bess Cosmetics. Please read Bess Cosmetic's return/exchange policy below:

Returns/Exchanges:

1) unopened and unused product may be returned/exchanged within 30 days

2) customer must pay for any shipping charges that are incurred

3) unopened and unused product may be returned/exchanged only for product or a credit toward next purchase

4) credits must be used within 60 days of issue

5) must have copy of original receipt

Exchanges:

1) email us at exchanges@besscosmetics.com to inform us of your exchange and include your name and contact information

2) unopened and unused product along with copy of original receipt should be sent to Bess Cosmetics

3) customer pays for any shipping charges incurred

4) include the items you would like to exchange for in email

5) we will respond to your exchange email with address you should send your purchase to

Returns:

1) email us at returns@besscosmetics.com to inform us of your return and include your name and contact information

2) unopened and unused product along with copy of original receipt should be sent to Bess Cosmetics

3) customer pays for any shipping charges incurred

4) merchandise can be returned for other merchandise, service, or credit toward a future purchase

5) if returning for other merchandise, include items you would like to exchange for in email

6) we will respond to your return email notification with address you should send your return to

Store Credits:

1) all store credits should be used within 60 days of issue

2) a credit will be issued when Bess Cosmetics receives returned product

3) Bess Cosmetics will send an email notification of your credit and the amount for your records

4) your credit will be on record and will be void after 60 days of issue

5) to use your store credit, you may email us the products you wish to purchase

6) any shipping charges incurred will be included in the total
